2016 is Round Square’s 50th Anniversary year and the awarding of «The King Constantine Medal» will be of particular importance for the Round Square Global member school’s.

The King Constantine Medal is produced by Round Square and distributed in November each year to all Global member schools. This medal may be awarded to a student or staff/faculty member at a Round Square Global member school’s annual prize-giving or another formal occasion. The medal is treated with the same sense of importance as the Kurt Hahn Prize or any other major award given by the school.
Το μετάλλιο Βασιλέως Κωνσταντίνου διανέμεται κάθε Νοέμβριο από το Round Square στα σχολεία που είναι μέλη παγκοσμίως. Απονέμεται σε μαθητή ή μέλος του διδακτικού προσωπικού στην ετήσια βράβευση που λαμβάνει χώρα. Το μετάλλιο αυτό είναι ισάξιο του βραβείου Kurt Hahn ή οποιουδήποτε άλλου σημαντικόυ βραβείου που δίνεται από το σχολείο.
The medal is named after the King of Greece, Constantine II, who is currently the President of the Round Square Board, as well as the Patron of Round Square. As a teenager, he attended Anavryta School in Athens which later became a founding Round Square member school, which started his lifelong connection to Round Square.
To μετάλλιο αυτό φέρει το όνομα του βασιλέως της Ελλάδος Κωνσταντίνου Β΄ο οποίος είναι Πρόεδρος του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου. Ως έφηβος μαθήτευσε στην Σχολή των Αναβρύτων που αργότερα έγινε μέλος του Round Square. Από εκεί άρχισε η διαχρονική σχέση του βασιλέως με την οργάνωση Round Square.
